How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Allow 1-2 business days for order preparation, followed by an estimated 7-10 business days for postal transit. The total estimate is 8-12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I choose a size?

Can I return my order?

Yes. Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing service@veyarow.com with your order number. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and suitable for resale. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled according to your applicable legal rights.

Who pays the return postage?

You pay return postage for a change of mind or another reason that is not our responsibility. We pay return postage when the return is due to our error, including an incorrect, faulty or damaged item. Contact us before posting to arrange the return.

When will I receive my refund?

We issue eligible refunds to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving your returned item. There is no restocking or additional refund fee. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. Read the Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email service@veyarow.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch. If an order has already been sent, the return process applies, alongside any mandatory cancellation rights.
