These terms apply to your use of veyarow.com and purchases from Veya Row, operated by DAAN FASHION JEWELRY CO., LIMITED. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Shopping with us

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, and keep any account credentials secure.

Product information

We aim to describe products clearly, including the available sizes, materials and care information. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. This does not reduce your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description. Please contact service@veyarow.com if you need help before ordering.

Prices & payments

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed on the store and at checkout. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown during checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free on every order to destinations available at checkout. Payment methods available for an order are those shown at checkout.

Prices may change for future orders. If we identify a material price or product error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution rather than charge a different amount without your agreement.

Orders & availability

After you submit an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled item. We may decline or cancel orders where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, unlawful activity or incorrect information, subject to applicable law.

Delivery

We prepare orders in 1-2 business days. Estimated postal transit is 7-10 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 8-12 business days. Full details and our dispatch address are in the Shipping Policy. Contact us if an order is delayed or missing so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving an order. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and suitable for resale. Eligible refunds are issued within 10 calendar days of receiving the return. We charge no restocking or additional refund fee. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; we pay return postage when the return is our responsibility. See the Return & Refund Policy for instructions and your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store unlawfully, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse other people's information. Materials on this website may be used for personal shopping purposes. Any other use must respect the rights of the relevant rights holders.

Responsibility & consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts your mandatory consumer rights. We remain responsible for providing the products and remedies required by applicable law. Events outside our reasonable control may affect performance, but they do not remove your legal rights to delivery, cancellation or refund.

Applicable law & disputes

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim that apply where you live. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any legal remedy available to you.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms for future use of the website. Changes do not remove rights attached to an order already placed.
