Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value. The countries and regions we currently deliver to are the destinations available at checkout.

Processing & delivery estimates

• Order preparation: 1-2 business days.
• Postal transit after dispatch: 7-10 business days.
• Total estimated time: 8-12 business days from order placement.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter processing on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, severe weather and carrier disruption.

Address changes & delivery assistance

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need a change, contact service@veyarow.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.

If your parcel is delayed, appears lost or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund the affected items. Nothing in this policy limits any delivery or refund rights that apply under consumer law.

Returns
